We are currently taking Pre-Orders for our June 2024 1/4 Beef Bundles.

How does the process work for Standard Beef Bundles?

Great question!

1.  Our next 1/4 Beef Bundles will be available for pickup in June 2024. By Pre-Ordering now with your deposit, you are confirming your bundle.
2. Those that confirm their 1/4 bundle and pay the deposit to hold their spot until available for delivery.
3. Once your beef bundle is available we will let you know and have it ready for you at Harvick Farms.
4. Then enjoy a freezer full of ethically raised, 100% Grass-Finished Beef!
    

What is included in a 1/4 Standard Beef Bundle?

The 1/4 Beef Bundle includes:

• 40 lbs Ground Beef (1lb packages)
• 4 - Bone-Out Ribeye Steaks (1in” cut at ~14oz)
• 4 - T-Bone Steaks (1in” cut at ~14oz)
• 3 - Bone-In Sirloin Steaks (~1.5lbs each)
• 3 - Roasts (~2.5lbs each) may be chuck, rump or arm roast

Total Weight = ~60lbs
